Everyone has a story. Let Lara capture yours.

Lara is a lifestyle photographer who blends intuition, warmth, curiosity, and good humor in her approach to visual storytelling, allowing her images to truly convey the joy of connection.

Shooting with a camera since she was young, Lara has always been drawn to the craft of capturing life through images, most especially people. She picked up her camera with more purpose before becoming a parent and couldn’t be happier to make a living behind the lens now.

Lara’s engaging yet unobtrusive style means that she can capture the essence of a family or individual in their natural surroundings, whether shooting in their home or exploring the local area. A walk in the neighborhood, a pig pile in bed, cartwheels in the front yard, a newborn sleeping in a lap, playing tag along the beach, snuggles on the couch while reading books...these everyday moments are elevated to the extraordinary when we take the time to document them. Photographs shot by Lara are often spontaneous, and occasionally posed, but always authentic.

Lara lives in the Teton Valley with her husband, two young boys and their faithful dog. She enjoys time with loved ones, exploring light, recreating outside, gardening, cozying up with a good read or podcast, taking family adventures in their tiny camper, and savoring a strong cup of coffee.

Lara works in Teton Valley, Idaho, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and surrounding areas. She is available to travel.
